We have a gorgeous new and spacious art studio located in Caerphilly which is great for parties of all kinds! The studio is set up to be able to sit up to 24 guests comfortably, if you require a larger guest number or want to create something that isn’t on our options list then please do get in touch.
Our Studio has everything you need to enjoy a stress free arty party, all of the equipment, unlimited squash/water, aprons and our lovely experienced tutors are included in the cost of your party.
Parties are scheduled in 2 hour time blocks, and this allows for:
– Party decoration set up, we have a cake/present table that can be decorated
– Introduction and guidance
– Project making time 60-90miutes depending on which craft chosen and age of children.
– Happy birthday singing/cake time.
We may have a number of parties in one day so we please ask that you stick to the allocated time allowed. Best of all though, the mess and clean up is left to us!
Each Birthday child will receive a unique handmade party badge and also a tote bag that can be decorated by the guests with fabric pens throughout the party, giving them a personalised arty party memory to keep.
We set a minimum costing which includes party activities for up to 10 guests, additional guests can be added and you will be charged for the total number of guests that want to part take in creative activities.
To secure your booking we take a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the party total (minimum of £60.00). Please read our Booking Terms and Conditions before booking.
Cost: £200 for up to 10 children. Additional child (max 24 children in total) is £20 per child.
Kids Party Workshop : Polymer Clay Charm Party
Guests will learn how to mold and shape polymer clay using various tools and make a fun key chain or bag charm. Whilst we bake your creations in our ovens you can make a beaded name keychain to add to your clay creation ready to be taken home.
Suggested age: 7yrs+
Kids Party Workshop : Sewing Party
guests will learn and practice basic stitches to make a felt eye mask or coin purse with the option to personalise pieces with initials and choice of colours.

Kids Party Workshop : Painting Party
Paint a canvas in a theme of your choice. Canvases will be pre drawn for mini artists aged 7 and under to follow and paint step by step. Older artists can choose to draw their own designs if they wish.
